Applied NanoStructures is a small manufacturing company in the MEMS industry.  We produce AFM tip and other MEMS structures to support various industries.  We work with various companies on many different applications. Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the engineering group.
Manage phone calls, company emails, office supplies and other admin related duties.
Taking customer orders, packaging and shipping.
Handling basic account payable and account receivables.

Requirements:
Candidate must be detailed oriented and possess ability to organize, prioritize and schedule tasks with a sensitivity to time constraints and urgency. Reliable follow-through, flexibility and professionalism, and ability to multi-task.
Strong communication, organization, calendar, computer, and other administration skills. Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS offic suite and Outlook express is required.
Basic accounts knowledge and exposure to Quickbooks is highly desired.

Minimum level of Education:
Associate degree or higher. A combination of education and experience will be accepted. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
