 MOS Transistor Probe

Description: The MOS Transistor Probe incorporates a MOS Transistor at the base of the cantilever.  The movement of the cantilever can be measured in the change of the  transistor characteristics.  The can be used as either a supplement or a replacement for the laser deflector in applications where a laser beam to the back of the cantilever is not possible.
