Description: Applied NanoStructures’ PIP product contain cantilever arms with doped piezoresisters which can measurement the flexing of the cantilever.  This technique can be used as a replacement for conventional laser measurement when physical limitations prevent the use of such lasers.  The probe can be made with various types of tips and cantilevers.
