Silicon Membranes
Our SIWD line of silicon membranes are useful for electrically conducting purposes, and can easily be made hydrophobic or hydrophilic according to the desired function.
Silicon Nitride Membranes
NIWD membranes are made with low stress silicon nitride, which can be coated with various materials according to customer request. The size of the chip, the size of the window, and the thickness of the membrane can be varied to fit different custom applications.
Silicon Oxide Membranes
Our OXWD line of silicon oxide membranes are electrically insulating with a hydrophilic surface, which can be coated with various materials according to customer request.
