Thermal Probe

A thermal AFM probe that consists of a AFM tip attached to a cantilever. These VertiSense™ thermal probes can be used to image thermal properties of a sample in either Temperature Mapping Mode (TMM) or Thermal Conductivity Mode (TCM).

TERS

An Omni™ Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS). This AFM tip is designed to acquire topography and Raman spectral information of a sample simultaneously.

A-FAST

An A-FAST Probe that is designed for imaging at faster speeds in air and liquid.

PtSi

A PtSi AFM probe that is coated with PtSi on both sides for EFM applications.

Pillar

A Pillar AFM Tip that is designed for quantifying nanomechanical properties.

Colloidal

A COLLOIDAL AFM Probe which is used to measure interaction forces to determine nano-mechanical properties.

BioLever

A BioLever AFM Tip that is designed for high speed AFM.

Step Height

A Step Height Standard Chip. This multipurpose Calibration Standard is designed for calibration of AFM, SEM, Optical and Mechanical Profilers.
